Obituary:
YPSILANTI - A Detroiter for 75 years, Ronald R. Schultz passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in Ypsilanti in the care of his children, at the age of 81. He leaves his widow, Sandra (n�ee Vandermark), as well as his sons and daughter, Paul (Michelle), Mark, John (Elizabeth), and Joy [Brian], and 4 grandchildren: Claire, Lucy, Jeanne, and Felix. He is survived by his brother, Bill Schultz, his sister Karen (Joe) Swafford, his niece, Christine (Jim) Gold, and other extended family and friends. Visitation will be at Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Road, Garden City, MI 48135, on Friday, April 12, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Visitation will resume at 10 AM on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Guardian Lutheran Church, 24544 Cherry Hill, with the funeral at 11 AM and a luncheon will follow. Patsy Beverly, age 74, of Vicco, KY, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021, at her residence. Patsy enjoyed working crossword puzzles. She loved her flowers and spending time with her family.
She was the daughter of the late Lawrence Sumner and the late Julie Marie Sturgill Sumner. She is also preceded in death by one daughter: Teresa Marie Hurley; one sister: Alice Jean Beverly; one brother: Ronnie Lee Sumner and one grandson: Olen Beverly.

Alex Beverly, age 83, of Vicco, KY, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022, at Hazard Medical Center. Alex was a retired coal miner. He loved to garden and spending time with family. He enjoyed playing the guitar.
He was the son of the late Shelvin Beverly and the late Zola Couch Beverly. He is also preceded in death by his wife: Patsy Sumner Beverly; one daughter: Teresa Marie Hurley and two grandsons: Olen Crit Beverly & Dustin Paul Beverly.

Obituary:
Steven M. Pletz, age 54, of Monroe, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022.
Steve was born February 7, 1967 in Monroe, he was the son of Donald G. and Karen A. (Navarre) Pletz.
He was a 1985 graduate of Jefferson High School.
Steve enjoyed cooking, deer hunting, fishing and being on the computer. He favorite thing was spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his two daughters, Stephanie R. Pletz and Samantha M. (Joshua) Sharp both of Monroe; his mother, Karen A. Pletz of Monroe, two grandchildren, Viviana Pletz and Oliver Sharp; four siblings, Brian Pletz, Dan (Michelle) Pletz and Christopher (Kim Rodd) Pletz all of Monroe and Amanda (Jason) Pedersen of Arden NC.
He is preceded in death by his father, and grandparents, Marvin and Violet Navarre and Robert and Betty Pletz.
In accordance with Steve's wished cremation has taken place and a celebration of life was held for his family.
